One Day Contract

Share your day with a student! One Day Contract is a regional campaign that annually brings together young people and business professionals for a day. One Day Contract campaign will take place during week 47, from November 18th to 22nd.

The purpose of the One Day Contract campaign is to offer young people the opportunity to shadow a leader, manager, or expert for a day. Young people will learn what actually happens in workplaces. Additionally, the campaign provides young people with perspectives on their own career and education plans, as well as the working life in general. This year, the One Day Contract campaign particularly welcomes the participation of international students. Representatives of companies involved in the campaign have an excellent opportunity to positively showcase their company or work community while simultaneously promoting young people’s work skills. Sign up by 31th of October.

Each leader-youth pair will choose the most suitable day from that week as their implementation day. We are now looking for individuals working in leadership, management, or expert roles within companies and organizations to join the campaign. We expect participants to take one or more students along for a workday. The workday can also be divided within the organization so that the young person follows several different professionals in various roles during the day. It is recommended that the implementation day be a typical workday with a variety of tasks, and time should be reserved for joint discussions.

The application period has ended.

The One Day Contract Kick off event will be held on Wednesday, November 6th, from 17:00-18:00. Welcome to listen to important information about the day!
